I’ve been a die-hard vegetarian for years, and it hasn’t always been easy. Tofu hot dogs and phony burgers just don’t cut it. There’s no dispute: beef is an American staple. Love it or hate it, beef reigns supreme in the U.S. and Europe, and has for centuries.
